Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 4, 2026
Who we are
This Privacy Policy applies to harmony4homes.com, operated by Harmony 4 Homes, LLC (“Harmony 4 Homes,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Harmony 4 Homes provides kitchen cabinetry for homeowners in the northwest Chicago suburbs, including Huntley, Carpentersville, and Algonquin.
By using our website or submitting information through it, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you have questions, contact us at Info@harmony4homes.com or (773) 574-1480.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to give us when you use our site, including when you use the kitchen visualization, start a conversation, submit a contact form, or use our chat features. A visualization is not a quote. This may include:
• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Project details you share with us (for example, the room, scope, or photos of your space)
We also collect standard technical information that most websites receive automatically, such as your browser type, device type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
• Respond to your kitchen visualization questions and conversations
• Schedule design consultations and project visits
• Provide and improve our services and our website
• Communicate with you about your project by phone or email
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your contact details to send unrelated marketing without your consent.
How we share information
We share information only with the service providers that help us operate our business and website, such as our customer relationship management (CRM) provider, web hosting and analytics providers, and financing partners at your direction. These providers process information on our behalf to deliver the services described above.
We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
Cookies and analytics
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the site and to improve your experience. You can set your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being set; some features of the site may not function properly without them.
AI kitchen visualization
Our website offers an AI-powered kitchen visualization tool. Any image you upload and any visualization it produces is for design inspiration only. It is not a quote, not a price, and not a guarantee of the final result. Uploads are processed to generate visualizations and are handled consistent with this policy. A Harmony 4 Homes designer will refine any design with you directly.
Financing
Project financing, if you choose to apply, is provided by third-party lenders through our financing partner Enhancify. If you submit information through a financing application, that information is handled by the lender and Enhancify under their own privacy policies. Harmony 4 Homes, LLC is not a lender and does not make credit decisions.
Data retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, manage your project, and meet legal and recordkeeping requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you for marketing purposes. To make a request, email Info@harmony4homes.com or call (773) 574-1480. We will respond within a reasonable time and will verify your identity before acting on requests involving personal data.
Children's privacy
Our website is intended for adults seeking kitchen cabinetry. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date below reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
